Our memberships are designed to offer exclusive benefits, priority access and preferential pricing for our valued members. Please see the guidelines below:
Elite Membership – Treatment Access
To ensure commitment and continuity of results, treatments included within the Elite Membership can be redeemed once the first three consecutive monthly payments have been successfully received.
Cancellation Policy
Memberships require one full calendar month’s written notice to cancel.
Notice Period
If less than one month’s notice is provided, one final payment will be processed and your membership will remain active for that final billing period.
Use of Benefits After Cancellation
Any treatments booked within your final paid month will be honoured, and your membership pricing and discounts will remain valid for that period.
Advance Bookings
Membership rates and benefits cannot be applied to treatments scheduled beyond your final active membership month.
Payments
All membership payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Missed Payments
In the event of a failed or missed payment, membership benefits – including discounts and treatment access – will be temporarily paused until the account is brought up to date.
